A leading building products distributor is seeking a dynamic Division Vice President to lead operations, sales, and growth strategy across the Florida Panhandle region. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for an experienced executive with strong P&L management and a passion for driving business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute divisional strategies that drive revenue growth, expand market share, and ensure operational excellence.

  • Growth Orientation: Lead with a sales-driven mindset — actively build business and pursue new opportunities rather than simply maintaining existing accounts.

  • Team Leadership: Inspire and direct divisional managers, sales professionals, and operations teams to meet and exceed performance goals.

  • P&L Accountability: Oversee all financial aspects of a ~$30M division, ensuring profitability, efficiency, and sustainable growth.

  • Operational Oversight: Manage daily distribution, fabrication, and delivery operations, ensuring top-tier quality and customer satisfaction.

  • Compliance & Culture: Uphold company policies and values while fostering a high-performance, customer-focused culture.

  • Financial Insight: Utilize strong business acumen to identify profitability drivers and manage key performance levers.

  • Industry Expertise: Ideally brings experience in building products, cabinetry, countertops, or related high-volume distribution industries.
