**CANDIDATES MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE WITH THE ABILITY TO OBTAIN TS/SCI TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION!!Position: CDRL Documentation Management SpecialistLocation: onsite in San Antonio, TX - JBSA-LacklandDuration: 9-month contract-to-permanentPay Rate: $35-40/hour (depending on experience)Required Skills & Experience:Active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a Top-Secret SCI (TS/SCI) security clearance5+ years of experience in an administrative or program management/support role for the DoDHands-on experience with Jira and Confluence dashboards and workflow trackingExperience working within an Agile environmentProactive, detail‑driven, and comfortable driving accountability across teamsExperience with DoD acquisition programs and Contract Data Requirement List (CDRL) documentationExperience using Microsoft Office toolsJob Description:Support daily operations of a DoD acquisition program by coordinating administrative and program management activities across multiple stakeholdersTrack program tasks, milestones, and deliverables using Jira and Confluence, maintaining dashboards to provide real‑time visibility into workflow status and team progressManage and monitor Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) deliverables, ensuring documentation is developed, reviewed, customized, and submitted in accordance with contract and DoD standardsMaintain accurate program records, documentation, and contract artifacts, ensuring compliance with DoD acquisition and security requirementsProactively follow up with team members to drive accountability, resolve action items, and ensure deadlines are metPrepare and distribute program reports, briefings, and status updates using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Coordinate meetings, capture action items, and track follow‑through across government and contractor teamsServe as a trusted administrative and program support resource, anticipating needs and addressing issues before they impact program executionIG Consultants: While on contract, you will be an Insight Global employee working for a particular company/end client on W2 until conversion.Pay Day: Payroll is processed every Friday and paid one week in arrears.Holidays: Consultants will receive 7 paid holidays over the course of their contract.Time Off: In addition to the paid holidays, consultants are eligible for 5 paid days off (PTO) during their contract term. Aside from these allotted paid days, compensation is provided only for hours worked. Paid sick leave beyond this PTO is not offered unless required by applicable law.Consultant Benefits: Group Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance, 401(k) Savings Plan, and Flexible Spending Accounts. Consultants also receive 12 FREE mental health sessions per year through Lyra Health. Benefits begin on DAY ONE of your contract.
