What You'll Do:
- Pamper Our Pups: Provide high-quality, comprehensive bathing services, including shampooing, drying, nail clipping, ear cleaning, and expressing anal glands. You'll leave every dog looking and feeling their best!
- Detangle & De-mat: Skillfully brush and comb through coats, leaving our furry clients free of tangles and mats.
- Be a Doggy Detective: Perform thorough needs assessments for each dog, checking their eyes, ears, teeth, coat, and skin, and recommend additional pampering services or products.
- Communicate Like a Pro: Explain service fees and product benefits to pet parents, ensuring they understand all their options.
- Keep It Clean: Maintain a pristine work environment by sanitizing your station and equipment after each grooming session.
- Customer Service Champ: Warmly greet pet parents and their fur babies, provide estimated pick-up times, and ensure a delightful experience from start to finish.
Who You Are:

- Someone with at least one year of experience making dogs look dapper professionally.

- Physically fit and able to stand, walk, and lift to 30 pounds throughout your shift.
