Description APEX Placement and Consulting has partnered with an exciting company in Ossining, NY looking to add a Donor Services Supervisor to their already amazing team. Their primary responsibility will be to oversee daily team operations to ensure accurate donor data, timely gift processing, and efficient support for fundraising activities. Direct Hire position – you'll be hired on directly with our client! Amazing benefit package once hired in permanently Medical, Dental and Vision 401K Paid vacation Pension What your day will look like: Supervise daily operations of the Donor Services team, including training, coaching, and conducting annual performance reviews. Develop, implement, and uphold procedures related to donor data management and gift processing. Oversee the accuracy and timeliness of donor data entry, gift processing, and acknowledgment generation. Research and resolve donor database processing issues, documenting findings and recommending improvements. Create, update, and maintain detailed procedure manuals; ensure team compliance with established standards. Act as the primary liaison between Donor Services and other departments to coordinate system enhancements and process improvements. Prepare and present reports and statistical summaries on donor activity, team metrics, and performance outcomes. Support team members with goal setting, professional development, and alignment with organizational objectives. Promote clear and consistent communication through meetings, emails, and calls regarding donor service operations. What we are looking for: Associate degree in Computer Science, Technical Training, or a related field required. 5 + years’ experience managing and maintaining donor management systems or databases (e.g., Raiser’s Edge, Salesforce NPSP, DonorPerfect, etc.). Demonstrated supervisory experience, including conducting performance evaluations and supporting staff development. Solid understanding of fundraising operations, donor relations, and data management best practices. Strong analytical skills with experience compiling and interpreting data.
