Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Door to Door Knocker to join our vibrant team. This position is perfect for someone who is energetic, skilled in engaging with people face-to-face, and eager to generate leads for our sales team by booking appointments. This commission-based role offers the flexibility of working in the field on a part-time basis. Please note that this role is only open to applicants in Destin, Florida as this is the job's operating area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Approach potential clients door-to-door to introduce our services and make a personal connection.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients to keep our company in their thoughts for future needs.
  • Schedule in-person meetings between interested clients and our sales representatives.
  • Maintain precise records of client interactions and scheduled appointments.
  • Assist homeowners in reducing their current power bills by presenting cost-effective solar solutions.
  • Secure appointments with customers to explore the benefits of switching to solar energy.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in roles like Door to Door Salesperson, Cold Caller, or similar, with a track record of engaging directly with clients.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships easily.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Goal-driven, with a proven ability to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software would be beneficial, but not required.

  • This field-based position offers flexible working hours and locations.
  • You'll work closely with our sales team, with the potential to earn competitive commissions.
  • Ideal for driven individuals seeking a dynamic, results-oriented work environment.

Compensation:
This role offers a competitive package composed of commission, bonuses, and incentives. We are looking for full-time employees only. On average, our appointment setters earn about $2,000 per week, with our top performers reaching up to $4,00 per week.
