Here are some of the perks and rewards.Competitive compensation packageAnnual bonus program tied to company and individual performanceNo premium cost medical plan option availablePaid training programsCareer growth opportunities and tuition reimbursementSafety-focused cultureWhat you'll do:Administer, maintain and track all driver qualification files in accordance with regulatory standardsSupport the management, implementation and maintenance of training programs for all drivers and driver managers.Track and report on all DOT violations, inspections, traffic violations, and citations coordinating with field management on corrective actions for non-compliance issues.Compile and submit reports required by company management and regulatory agencies as required.Monitor MVRs, driver's licenses and any required DOT medical cards to certify all driver qualification files are accurate and current.Work with HSE team and driver managers to ensure understanding and compliance of DOT post-accident drug testing requirements are met.Work with operations team and 3rd part vendors to ensure trailer maintenance programs and annual inspections are being performed in accordance with regulatory requirements.You'll have the following skills and experience:Minimum of an Associate's degree or 5+ years of relevant experienceDOT Compliance Certification or equivalent experienceProficient in DOT/FMCSA regulations, Transport Canada, OSHA Regulations, State and Federal traffic laws, along with Microsoft Office Applications including Word, Excel & PowerPoint.Excellent interpersonal, teamwork and customer service skillsProfessional and effective communication skills with a high level of self-motivation, energy, accountability and commitmentStrong organizational skills and skilled at multi-tasking with flexibility and adaptability to changing schedules and shifting prioritiesFind out more and apply now.Bring your energy.
