Job position: Drafter
Location: Temecula, CA
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00AM to 4:00PM
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Pay Range: $62,500 - $72,800 (Depending on Experience)

Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Drafter on behalf of our client. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled drafter to take on a crucial role within an innovative and growing company that has been recognized for delivering high-quality projects.

Provide support to the design process through preparation of complete, accurate working plans, charts, and scale drawings for complex projects, integrating skilled architectural/engineering drafting methods and procedures using AutoCAD and Bluebeam software. Collaborate with the engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple projects with minimal supervision
• Create, manage, and or maintain systems
• Create detailed CAD working plans, charts and scale drawings for complex projects and conceptual designs
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of all drawings
• Utilize and apply redline procedures adhering to company policies
• Manage multiple drafting projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining quality standards.
• Coordinate and update project managers to align drawings with project timelines and objectives.

Skills and requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Drafter
• Associate's Degree in Drafting or higher education
• Must have a mentorship mindset
• Strong communication skills verbal and written
• Must be decisive and self-starter
• Must have Integrity and Accountability
• Expert user of AutoCAD
• Bluebeam experience preferred
