Salary: $170K - $190K / year (can be flexible)

In this critical leadership role, you will oversee day-to-day dredging operations, ensuring the safe, efficient, and environmentally responsible extraction of sand. You’ll manage a team of operators and technicians while maintaining compliance with all safety and operational standards—playing a key role in delivering premium proppant to the energy sector.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead and manage daily dredging operations to meet production targets
  • Supervise and support the dredge crew, fostering a strong safety culture
  • Maintain and troubleshoot dredging equipment, coordinating repairs and preventive maintenance
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations through regular inspections and best practices
  • Track production metrics and maintain accurate logs and reports
  • Collaborate with logistics, engineering, and site management teams to align operational goals
What You Bring
  • Proven experience managing dredging or mining operations
  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills
  • Knowledge of hydraulic/mechanical dredge systems, pumps, and heavy equipment
  • Ability to solve operational issues quickly and effectively
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Relevant certifications in marine safety, equipment operation, or dredging (preferred)
  • Comfortable working in remote field locations and adjusting to evolving site needs
