Job Description Join NOV in Casper, WY, as a Drill Bit Repair Technician supporting our ReedHycalog business unit. This is a great opportunity for individuals with hands‑on mechanical skills to enter or grow in the energy sector. You’ll work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment performing essential repair and maintenance on drill bits. Training is provided, and opportunities for advancement are available. Primary Responsibilities Support the repair and maintenance of drill bits used in energy operations. Assist with production processes and equipment servicing. Follow safety and quality standards at all times. Job Duties Use off‑hand die grinders, blast equipment, and pressure washers to clean and prep parts. Assist senior technicians with repairs and servicing procedures. Operate OD or centerless grinders to finish surfaces. Apply paint and inspect nozzle fit and alignment. Complete production paperwork and maintain accurate service records. Follow all safety protocols and work instructions. Education & Qualifications High school diploma or GED is preferred. Minimum of 1 year of experience in mechanical repair, mechanical assembly, or equipment repair preferred. Basic knowledge of power tools, grinders, and shop equipment.
