Job Title: Drilling Fluids Plant Operator

Location: Monahans, TX 79756
Pay Rate: XX20 - XX23XX
Assignment Duration: 7 months (possible conversion to full-time)
Shift: 5 days on, 2 days off

Role Overview:
The Drilling Fluids Plant Operator is responsible for the safe, efficient, and reliable delivery of prepared products and bulk materials to well sites. This role ensures quality control, compliance with regulations, and environmental responsibility. The operator assists in training team members, implements standard work, and identifies opportunities for service delivery improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.
  • Blend and mix bulk products according to job program design.
  • Calculate and verify quantities of material blends before loading.
  • Follow quality assurance procedures for proper product loading.
  • Coordinate movement of bulk products with the PSD and Logistics Team.
  • Conduct inventory checks and complete daily paperwork for goods received and shipped.
  • Properly label, store, and dispose of additives and empty containers.
  • Maintain bulk plant equipment and cleanliness of the facility.
  • Participate in job risk analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Wear required PPE and follow HSE policies.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Familiarity with blending/mixing bulk fluids and quality control.
  • Ability to perform calculations and follow technical procedures.
  • Knowledge of HSE practices and compliance requirements.
  • Strong teamwork and training abilities.
  • Attention to detail and process improvement mindset.

Other Notes:

  • NEST Training will be provided in Kellyville, OK
