It incorporates an online booking and payment platform, connecting passengers with local drivers. Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role as Drivers in Buffalo NY at Zoom Zoom located in Buffalo, NY. You will be responsible for collecting passengers, planning the quickest and safest route to their destination, and assist passengers with any queries they may have throughout the journey. You must possess keen customer service skills and follow all safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license
• Must be able to read, speak, and write English fluently
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive demeanor
• Ability to follow all safety regulations and drive responsibly at all times
• Must have a clean driving record, with no accidents or violations within the past 3 years
• Must have a reliable and roadworthy vehicle at all times
• Familiarity with the Buffalo, NY area and its major landmarks and routes is highly preferred
• Experience working with ride-sharing services or as a taxi driver is also highly preferred
