We are looking to hire experienced Direct Support Professional's to work with Individual's experiencing Intellectual Disabilities.
Job Duties:
- Assisting clients with daily personal tasks, including bathing, dressing and feeding
- Completing housekeeping tasks such as vacuuming, washing dishes and tidying
- Helping plan client appointments and organize a schedule
- Organizing with transportation arrangements to appointments and community outings.
- Shopping for groceries and preparing meals that meet specific client dietary needs
- Encouraging client engagement in social networks and communities
- Can work weekends as needed
- has worked with individuals with aggressive behaviors.
- background in behavior management
Requirements:
- CPR/First Aid
- US Work Authorization
- Clearance of Background check
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Valid Drivers license and have a car
- Medication certified
- Tova Certified
- Must have a car and Drive

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

- Chesterfield, VA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
