We are seeking an experienced DT Technical Lead Omnichannel to manage stakeholder relationships, oversee projects, and ensure compliance with IT frameworks in omnichannel technologies for the pharmaceutical industry.

Position:

Technical Lead

Responsibilities:

• Manage stakeholder relationships and provide IT SME expertise in omnichannel technologies.
• Lead projects and manage technical support resources in alignment with IT frameworks.
• Evaluate and manage vendors, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Support system updates, testing, validation, and SDLC for omnichannel systems in the US business.

Requirement Qualifications:

• 7+ years of full lifecycle systems management, with 4+ years in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience with marketing automation systems and HIPAA compliance.
• Strong project management skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of system validation processes.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud or equivalent certification preferred.
