Job Title: Duck Creek Developer
We are looking for an experienced Duck Creek Developer to design, develop, and implement insurance solutions using the Duck Creek Suite. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Duck Creek Policy, Billing, or Claims, along with hands-on expertise in configuration, integration, and software development best practices.
Key Responsibilities-
Develop, configure, and customize solutions within the Duck Creek Suite (Policy, Billing, Claims).

Work with Author, Example Author (EXAMPLE) and Forms to implement insurance product rating, rules, and workflows.

Collaborate with business analysts to understand requirements and convert them into system specifications.

Design and implement integration services using SOAP/REST APIs, middleware, or third-party services.

Perform unit testing, debugging, and defect resolution across policy life cycles and rating engines.

Support new product launches, enhancements, and production deployments.

Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, performance expectations, and security standards.

Prepare technical documentation, design specs, and release notes.

Troubleshoot end-to-end issues and provide post-deployment support.

Work in Agile/Scrum teams with cross-functional stakeholders.

2 6+ years of experience as a Duck Creek Developer.

Experience with .NET, C#, SQL Server, and front-end technologies.

Experience integrating Duck Creek with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.

Good understanding of P&C insurance domain (personal or commercial lines).

Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization skills.

Experience with Duck Creek OnDemand (cloud).

CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Git).

Experience with guidewire or other insurance core platforms.

Certification in Duck Creek modules.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
