As a Due Diligence Analyst, you will play a crucial role in assessing the risk and viability of potential business ventures, partnerships, or investments. You will conduct comprehensive investigations and analysis to ensure that all relevant factors are considered, providing actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Due Diligence: Perform thorough investigations on potential investments, partners, or acquisitions, including financial, operational, and compliance aspects.
  • Analyze Data: Evaluate financial statements, business models, market conditions, and legal documents to identify risks, opportunities, and overall viability.
  • Prepare Reports: Develop detailed due diligence reports and presentations, summarizing findings, risk assessments, and recommendations for management or stakeholders.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with internal teams, including finance, legal, and operations, to gather information and validate findings.
  • Monitor Industry Trends: Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and market dynamics to ensure comprehensive analysis.
  • Ensure Compliance: Verify that all due diligence processes comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Support Decision-Making: Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on due diligence findings to support strategic business decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) preferred.
  • Experience: Experience in due diligence, financial analysis, or related fields.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
    • Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Familiarity with due diligence processes and best practices.
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant software.
