About the Company
Recover Medical Group is a startup working to make mental health and addiction treatment more effective, accessible, and affordable. We partner with governments to improve outcomes for individuals who need treatment, ensuring that low-income Californians have access to best-in-class care.
Our programs provide outpatient behavioral health services—including Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), case management, and education services—for individuals with mental health and substance use challenges. We use a harm-reduction approach and focus on serving marginalized and underserved communities.

You’ll also collaborate with program leadership and state/county partners to ensure documentation, reporting, and client progress tracking meet all regulatory requirements.
This role is full-time and reports to the Program Manager. The position may include evening or weekend hours to accommodate class schedules.
