This opportunity is ideal for a doctor who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing a wide variety of medical cases. The hospital is equipped with advanced diagnostic and surgical tools to support high-quality, efficient care, and offers a collaborative environment where teamwork and patient well-being come first. Key Responsibilities Provide timely, high-quality medical and surgical care for companion animals Evaluate and stabilize urgent and emergency cases efficiently and compassionately Communicate clearly with clients regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and follow-up care Maintain accurate medical records and uphold hospital standards of care Collaborate with veterinary and support staff to ensure seamless patient management Qualifications Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree Active or eligible Florida veterinary license Strong diagnostic, clinical, and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting Compensation & Benefits $25,000 sign-on bonus Competitive base salary with production bonuses (no negative accrual) Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Continuing education allowance with paid CE time Paid time off, professional dues, and licensing reimbursement Employee pet care discounts How to Apply Veterinarians interested in this leadership opportunity are encouraged to send their resume to: .
