Job Description:

• Provide support for 3DEXPERIENCE application in an ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) compliant environment.
• Troubleshoot application, performance, and integration issues across multiple 3DX modules.
• Ensure all data access, handling, and operations comply with ITAR and corporate data security policies.
• Work closely with the business, development, and infrastructure teams to resolve incidents and service requests.
• Monitor system logs, user activity, and error trends to proactively resolve recurring issues.
• Participate in patching, version upgrades, and system maintenance with minimal disruption to operations.
• Maintain incident and resolution documentation for audits and knowledge sharing.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.
