Working Environment: 2–3 days per week onsite in Hauts-de-FranceStart Date: May 2026Overview:We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Trainer to support a large-scale transformation programme. This role will focus on driving user adoption and ensuring business teams are fully equipped to use Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) effectively in their day-to-day activities.Key Responsibilities:Deliver structured training sessions on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE)Design and adapt training materials for different user groups (end users, key users, administrators)Assess training needs and tailor sessions accordinglyProduce clear user documentation and support materialsProvide post-training support to reinforce learning and adoptionCollaborate with project and business teams to align training with system usage and processesRequired Skills & Experience:Proven experience delivering training on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Dynamics CEStrong understanding of CRM processes (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing)Excellent communication and presentation skillsExperience training both technical and non-technical audiencesAbility to create structured and effective training contentFluent French is essential; English is a plus
