- Job Title: Dynamics Developer
- Location: Richmond, VA (Hybrid)
- Required to work in office 3 days a week initially, then once a month
- Work for VDOT as a Senior Dynamics 365 Developer
- Must have expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Dynamics 365 Customer Service module
- Responsible for Microsoft Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, development, deployment, and usage
- Assist in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, design, configuration, implementation, testing and support of Microsoft Power Platform solutions
- Expected to design, develop new web components using .NET, SQL, Azure, Power Platform (Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) and C#
- Troubleshoot and remediate technical issues related to Dynamics 365
- Understand Microsoft's licensing model for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
- Adhere to best practices for business solutions and provide governance approach for platform use
- Develop and share documentation on platform usage
- Prepare mockups/prototypes based on requirements to meet business needs
- Function as a liaison between IT and business units
- Assist customers in identifying the best technological solution for their needs
- Improve processes and policies within the Business Enablement Services program
- Experience with Devops in Power Platform is preferred

- Review existing procedures and propose, execute, and/or direct necessary changes
- Participate in on-call duties as necessary
- Ability to work from home and provide expected level of support
- Availability to support after-hours work as needed.
