Location-Remote
- As a Senior Consultant (F+O) you will be responsible for reviewing client business processes, re-engineering the client's processes to improve efficiency, and performing many of the functional tasks required for successful Microsoft Dynamics 365 F+O software implementations.
- You will have high proficiency in Finance module implementation, finance module includes: GL, AP, AR, Project Management & Accounting, FA, Cash & Bank, Credit collections. Experience in implementing D365 Finance with PMA + Project Operations functionalities.
- Perform on-site and support consulting services for implementation projects in the areas of requirements gathering, data gathering for business process review, application and workflow design, project management, basic and intermediate configuration and testing, report development, end-user training and ongoing support service
- Work directly with Project Operations Consultants to deliver seamless end-to-end ERP system capabilities
- Meet productivity and efficiency standards (billable hours and realization rates)
- Contributes to the development of project plans and work task schedules
- Develop appropriate peer-level relationships with clients, interacting with the client project team regarding task status and representing the company via formal and informal client contact
- Able to complete mid-size client implementations independently, coordinating project plan and client communications
- Configure, customize, and test ERP based on the customer requirements
- Develop and deliver end user and administrator training with excellence
- Plan and perform data migration into new systems
- Install third party applications and configure environments for use in development, testing, and production
- Write and maintain programming and project documentation based on provided specifications
- Provide end-user and system administrator training in on-site and remote formats
- Understand and use configuration/programming and documentation best practices Continuously improve knowledge through research and self-study Train Consultants and Associate Consultants
- Participate in strategic "path forward" discussions/meetings with clients as assigned Participate in user group meetings
Required
- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or information systems or equivalent
- Possess business consulting, project definition, estimating, sales and strategic and tactical planning skills for engagements
- Involved in at least 3+ Full implementation cycle in D365 Finance with project accounting experience
- Experience with D365 Project Operations a plus
- 5+ years consulting experience
- Possesses a professional presence suitable for direct client interaction by telephone or in-person
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Core product or technology certification or equivalent experience
