Provide support for Dynamics 365 platform usage, focusing on issue resolution, basic configuration assistance, and coordination with internal or vendor teams
Provide support for Dynamics 365 platform usage, focusing on issue resolution, basic configuration assistance, and coordination with internal or vendor teams
Required experience: 8 12 years of hands-on Dynamics 365 experience
Troubleshoot user-reported issues across supported D365 modules, including L2 incident management (break-fix, service requests), L3 problem fixes, minor changes, evergreen processes, customizations, continuous improvements, and integrations, and L4 product vendor coordination
Assist with role-based access, form behavior, and record visibility
Support system updates, integrations, and platform health monitoring based on operational standards
Design and implement CRM integrations and data migration strategies
Develop custom workflows and perform system troubleshooting
Utilize SQL Server for database management and reporting
Create dashboards and reports using Power BI
Develop scripts and customizations using JavaScript
Required technical skills: Microsoft Dynamics 365, CRM integration, data migration, custom workflows, system troubleshooting, SQL Server, Power BI, JavaScript
