Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Solutions Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise-level Dynamics 365 solutions. This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position requiring a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and client engagement. You will act as a subject matter expert in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform technologies, providing innovative solutions to complex scenarios while collaborating with global teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect, design, and deliver comprehensive Dynamics 365 solutions, including CRM, Customer Insights, Power Automate, Model-Driven Apps, and Power Pages (formerly Dynamics 365 Portals).
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment between technical solutions and organizational goals.
• Lead technical discussions and provide subject matter expertise to stakeholders and development teams.
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 applications using advanced platform capabilities and development tools.
• Develop, implement, and optimize business process flows, workflows, dashboards, and reports to enhance operational efficiency.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with enterprise systems, ensuring data consistency, scalability, and performance.
• Provide live demonstrations of solutions to clients, showcasing functionality and business value.
• Collaborate within an Agile framework, utilizing Azure DevOps for project tracking, task management, and continuous delivery.
• Produce high-quality documentation to support architecture design, implementation, and knowledge sharing.
• Mentor and guide developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing enterprise-level Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Proficiency in Dynamics 365 core capabilities, including:
• D365 Sales module configuration and customization.
• Customer Insights - Journeys module implementation.
• Power Automate for process automation and workflow optimization.
• Model-Driven Apps development.
• Power Pages (formerly Dynamics 365 Portals) for designing and optimizing web-based portals.
• Expertise in managing complex integrations using REST APIs, OData, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure Functions.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodology and experience utilizing Azure DevOps for project management and CI/CD pipelines.
• Demonstrated ability to lead enterprise architecture initiatives and align solutions with best practices.
• Exceptional client-facing and communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven experience working with global teams and enterprise-level clients.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Developer or Solution Architect certifications.
• Proficiency in Azure Data Factory and other Azure services.
• Experience in marketing automation technologies and their integration with Dynamics 365.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric.
• Federal security clearance is a significant advantage.
