They are the face of Dyson and bring our groundbreaking technology directly to customers and owners.About the RoleThis position is for 12 months and includes 16 hours per week.As a Retail Expert, you will not only sell products you will be at the forefront to drive Dysons mission to inspire and excite. You will bring our cutting-edge technology to life and turn the sales area into an interactive experience where every customer interaction can be the start of a Dyson journey.Your main tasks include:Be the trusted contact for Dyson products by understanding their features and benefits and clearly conveying their unique value to customers.Create a warm, personalized experience for every customer, actively addressing their needs and helping them make informed decisions.Present and demonstrate Dyson technology in an enthusiastic way, showcasing the key features to amaze customers.Ensure the sales area is always clean, tidy, and visually appealing, presenting the Dyson products in their best light.Monitor stock levels, assist with restocking, and quickly resolve discrepancies to ensure smooth operations.Work closely with Dyson colleagues and external retail partners to provide a seamless, top-notch shopping experience for every customer.Be the person who sparks curiosity, excites customers, and leaves a lasting impression of Dysons innovative power.About YouWe are looking for dynamic individuals who have a natural ability to connect with people and a passion for the latest technologies.
