Ride On E-Bikes is excited to announce an opening for a Sales Associate at our Dunedin, Florida location! We specialize in premium electric bicycles, offering both sales and service. As a rapidly growing e-bike company in Florida, we are dedicated to transforming the electric bicycle industry.

Sales + Customer Relationships

• Welcome and engage with customers in-store
• Provide education on bike models and accessory options to help customers find their ideal fit
• Maintain and organize the showroom with attention to detail
• Assist customers with test rides outside the store
• Manage showroom opening and closing duties
• Be motivated to close sales and meet company targets
• Develop and maintain a follow-up program for interested customers
• Serve as a technical support expert for Ride On E-Bikes, assisting customers in-store, online, and over the phone
• Operate the point of sale system and explain the operation and benefits of e-bikes

Job Details

• Pay: $15.00 to $18.00 per hour plus sales commission
• Opportunities for advancement

Requirements

• Ability to ride an electric bike
• Minimum of 2 years of sales and retail experience, interacting with customers both in person and online
• Strong communication skills
• Keen interest in understanding customer needs, leading to successful bike sales
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Independent thinker with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Perform well under pressure
• Possess an eye for style, entrepreneurial spirit, and passion
• Capable of standing for 6-8 hours a day
• Available to work weekends and holidays
• Bonus: Experience working with electric bikes
