To fuel our next phase of growth, we need an ownership-driven E-Commerce Manager who can run our marketplace business end-to-end.This is not a support role. You will own the numbers, drive strategy, and build the systems that help us win online.THE ROLE IN A NUTSHELLAs our E-Commerce Manager, you will be the single point of contact for all marketplace and quick commerce channels. You will manage everything from listings and inventory to advertising and P&L — while collaborating internally with supply chain, marketing, and finance to keep the engine running smoothly.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESMarketplace & Platform ManagementOwn day-to-day operations across Amazon India, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and other emerging quick commerce platformsServe as the primary point of contact (POC) for all platform account managers and partner teamsEnsure brand presence, content quality, and catalogue health are maintained across all channelsListings & CatalogueCreate, optimize, and maintain product listings — titles, descriptions, bullet points, A+ content, and imagesConduct regular catalogue audits to ensure accuracy, compliance, and discoverabilityMonitor and manage Buy Box performance, pricing competitiveness, and seller health metricsInventory & Supply Chain CoordinationPlan and manage inventory replenishment to avoid stockouts and overstock situationsCoordinate with the supply chain and warehouse teams for timely dispatches to FBA/FBF and quick commerce dark storesTrack inbound shipments, inventory ageing, and platform-level stock health dashboardsAdvertising & PromotionsPlan and execute sponsored ads campaigns on Amazon (SP, SB, SD) and Flipkart AdsManage promotional calendars including deals, coupons, sale events (Big Billion Days, Great Indian Festival, etc.)Optimize ACoS/RoAS and overall advertising efficiency to drive profitable growthP&L Ownership & ReportingOwn the channel-level P&L across all e-commerce platforms — tracking revenue, margins, returns, and platform feesPrepare weekly and monthly performance dashboards with insights and action plansIdentify cost leakages (returns, penalties, commissions) and drive corrective measuresInternal CoordinationWork closely with the marketing team to align online campaigns, creatives, and product launchesCoordinate with finance for platform reconciliations, payouts, and deductions managementLiaise with the product and brand team to ensure new launches are executed seamlessly on all channelsWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORMust-Have Qualifications3–6 years of hands-on e-commerce experience in a brand or seller setupDemonstrated ownership of Amazon Seller Central or Vendor CentralExperience managing Flipkart Seller Hub and/or quick commerce onboardingStrong understanding of marketplace algorithms, ranking, and ad platformsProficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for MIS and P&L trackingExperience handling inventory planning and forecastingKey Traits We ValueSelf-starter who takes initiative without waiting to be toldData-driven decision maker comfortable with numbersStrong communicator who can manage internal and external stakeholdersDetail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple platforms simultaneouslyGrowth mindset — excited about building from the ground upCalm under pressure during high-stakes sale eventsBONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVEExperience with quick commerce onboarding (Blinkit / Zepto / Swiggy Instamart) from scratchExposure to D2C brand operations or startup environmentFamiliarity with tools like Unicommerce, Increff, or similar OMS/WMS platformsWorking knowledge of SEO principles applied to marketplace listingsWHAT WE OFFERDirect visibility with leadership — your work will shape the brand's growth storyHigh ownership and autonomy from day oneA fast-moving, collaborative team that moves fast and learns fasterAccess to cross-functional projects across marketing, supply chain, and product
