We are seeking an Assistant Sales & Operations Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the operations team to determine pricing and make strategic decisions that support the long-term growth of the company.
- Identify new prospects and opportunities, and increase brand awareness through industry associations and community events.
- Meet with potential clients to assess their needs, tour their properties, develop and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
- Consistently exceed established sales goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or related fields.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Positive, professional attitude and demeanor.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in landscaping maintenance.
- Valid driver's license.
