We are seeking a proactive and dynamic individual to join our team as a CEO Assistant.
This role involves significant interaction with local legislative bodies and government agencies, representing and protecting our organization's business plans and interests.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research and monitor government activities that could impact our business and clients.
  • Assist senior management with strategic planning concerning regulatory activities related to our business and industry.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with members of local government entities and agencies.
  • Actively participate in trade associations and industry committees, seeking leadership roles.
  • Testify before government committees to support the organization and industry.
  • Propose legislative and public policy changes that benefit our company operations.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Permanently working at Kediri, East Java.
  • Bachelor degree.
  • 2+ years experience in tobacco field is preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English or Chinese.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Established government contacts at local, state, and federal levels.
  • Proficient analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Well-versed in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
