We are seeking a proactive and dynamic individual to join our team as a CEO Assistant. This role involves significant interaction with local legislative bodies and government agencies, representing and protecting our organization's business plans and interests.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and monitor government activities that could impact our business and clients.
- Assist senior management with strategic planning concerning regulatory activities related to our business and industry.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with members of local government entities and agencies.
- Actively participate in trade associations and industry committees, seeking leadership roles.
- Testify before government committees to support the organization and industry.
- Propose legislative and public policy changes that benefit our company operations.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Requirements:
- Permanently working at Kediri, East Java.
- Bachelor degree.
- 2+ years experience in tobacco field is preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English or Chinese.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Established government contacts at local, state, and federal levels.
- Proficient analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Well-versed in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
