Job Summary:
E-Commerce Merchandise Associate serves as the  point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, providing information about the company’s products and services, handling shipping process. The ideal candidate is empathetic, detail-oriented, and dedicated to handling customers orders

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media promptly and professionally.
- Educate customers about products and services, helping them to make informed decisions.

- Maintain accurate records of customers order and process of shipping.
- Update customer accounts and process orders, returns, and exchanges as required.- Work closely with other departments, including sales, billing, and technical support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

QualificationsEducation & Experience:

•   High school diploma or equivalent. 
•   Previous experience in Customer service , shipping, packing, must know how to use Shipstation and Shopify
•   Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling orders. 
•   Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting. 
•   Excellent time management and multitasking skills. 
•   Basic computer proficiency (e.g., printing labels, using shipping software). 

Physical Requirements:

•   Ability to stand, lift, and carry packages (up to 30 lbs) for extended periods. 
•   Comfortable working in an office environment.
