Pay Rate: $35 - $42 per hour (W2)

We are looking for an experienced eCommerce Manager to drive our online sales strategy and enhance our digital presence.

Job Description: As the eCommerce Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online store on Shopify, developing marketing strategies, and overseeing the overall customer experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless online shopping journey and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize our Shopify eCommerce platform to enhance user experience and drive sales.
  • Develop and implement eCommerce marketing strategies, including email marketing, social media campaigns, and SEO/SEM initiatives.
  • Analyze website performance, sales metrics, and customer behavior to inform decision-making and improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the product, design, and customer service teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels.
  • Oversee inventory management and product listings, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
  • Stay current with eCommerce trends and technologies, applying best practices to improve operations and customer engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in eCommerce management with a focus on Shopify.
  • Proven track record of increasing online sales and improving customer experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
