As a Recruiter in Blazer Jobs, your key responsibilities will be outcome based with an emphasis on sourcing, recruiting and coordinating top-tier educational professionals to supply to our National Fulfillment Center. This is a critical role that drives our company’s commitment to talent fulfillment for our partnered school districts. Your core mission is to fill open jobs quickly and accurately, while meeting all district requirements and Blazer Jobs’ high-performance standards.

What You’ll Do

• Manage active job openings and candidate pipelines from day one
• Source, screen, and engage candidates for immediate hiring needs
• Build and maintain a strong “ready-now” bench of qualified talent
• Match candidates to school and district requirements with accuracy and urgency
• Drive speed-to-submit and consistently hit weekly recruiting goals
• Partner closely with onboarding and credentialing teams to ensure smooth, on-time starts
• Keep candidate data accurate and organized in internal systems

• Have 1–3 years of staffing agency recruiting experience
