Job Title: EHR Training Specialist

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement EHR training programs for healthcare professionals and administrative staff.
• Create training materials, including user guides, e-learning modules, and instructional videos.
• Conduct on-site and virtual training sessions for new and existing users.
• Assess user proficiency and provide personalized support to improve EHR adoption.
• Work closely with IT teams and clinical staff to understand workflow requirements.
• Provide go-live support during EHR system rollouts and upgrades.
• Troubleshoot user issues and escalate technical problems as needed.
• Stay updated on EHR best practices, system enhancements, and compliance requirements.
• Gather user feedback and recommend system improvements to optimize workflows.

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Health Informatics, IT, or a related field.
• Experience in EHR training, implementation, or support.
• Strong knowledge of EHR platforms such as Epic, Cerner, Meditech, or Allscripts.
• Experience designing and delivering instructional materials and training programs.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and adult learning facilitation skills.
• Experience in HIPAA regulations and healthcare workflows.
• Ability to adapt training for diverse learning styles and technical proficiency levels.
• Certification in Epic, Cerner, or other EHR systems.
• Experience with LMS (Learning Management Systems) or e-learning tools.
• Background in clinical or healthcare IT support.
• Federal Experience is a plus.
• Required Security clearance.
