EHV - Project Engineering Manager Top-tier power and infrastructure firm seeking a senior engineering leader to manage Extra High Voltage (345 kV and higher) overhead transmission line projects and collaborate with major utilities and internal multi-disciplinary teams. Lead execution of large EHV overhead transmission line projects Serve as senior technical authority and engineer-of-record Manage teams, budgets, schedules, and design quality Support client relationships, change management, and strategic pursuits 11+ years in overhead transmission line engineering Direct experience with 345 kV+ transmission lines Strong PLS-CADD expertise EPC or utility-facing project leadership experience Professional Engineer (PE) license strongly preferred Bachelors degree in engineering required $180,000$200,000 base salary Annual bonus + full benefits + ESOP Hybrid / flexible work environment Interview travel reimbursed Relocation support considered for ideal candidate Open to candidates based in OR, CA, TX, KS, CO, MN, MI, NC, FL (Hybrid model available) Full-time MidSenior Level 1015 years experience Bachelors degree minimum
