Key Responsibilities:
- Manage electrical permits and inspections by preparing and submitting applications to relevant jurisdictions in the DMV area.
- Track and report on the status of project permits and inspections to ensure timelines are met.
- Schedule project inspections with the appropriate authorities and communicate status updates to the project team.
- Prepare and organize product submittals for electrical construction projects and manage closing documents.
- Maintain an organized filing system for project reports and documentation to ensure easy access and compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with diverse teams and clients.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; related work experience in a similar role will be considered.
- Knowledge of the electrical trade is a plus.
