- What You'll Do
- Develop and manage a high performing team to plan, execute and turn over an Electrical systems
- Develop funding requests for new projects
- Perform constructability reviews during design development to ensure engineering documents meet project needs
- Quickly respond to queries and drive timely technical resolutions
- Work with the Procurement team to create biddable work packages and verify contractor proposals against cost/schedule estimates
- Interface with engineering, construction, procurement, and commissioning teams
- Ensure an elevated level of quality and safety is maintained during field execution
- Develop execution plans to ensure cost and schedule expectations are achieved
- Specific proven expertise and experience in the areas of: Main Power Distribution; Electrical Underground; Substations; Sizing Conductors and Conduit and Layouts/Routings for maximum efficiency and minimized cost; Lighting; Building Management Systems
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's Degree (MS preferred) or related 10+ years field experience
- Experience managing Electrical work
- Extensive knowledge of the NEC and UL testing requirements
- Ability to develop a cost loaded schedule and track performance
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Computer literacy with Microsoft Office Suite products, Bluebeam and PlanGrid
- Willingness to spend a high percentage of time in the field to ensure project objectives are being met
- Ability to work within a high-performance, cross-functional organization with extremely tight timelines and aggressive goals
- Experience as a Project or Construction Manager
