Title: Electrical Controls Engineer

Location: Festus, MO 

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Controls Engineer to design, develop, and implement control systems for various electrical projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PLC programming and be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal system performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement control systems for electrical equipment and machinery.
  • Program and troubleshoot PLCs to ensure smooth operations of automated systems.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other engineers to define project requirements and specifications.
  • Conduct system testing and validation to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Provide technical support and training to maintenance personnel and operators.
  • Document control system designs and modifications for future reference.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience in PLC programming and control system design.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD for electrical schematics is a plus.
  • Strong electro-mechanical aptitude and understanding of mechanical systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
