Key Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field with a minimum of 3 years of experience or 10 years of relevant experience. Hands-on experience as a Controls Engineer or Automation Engineer Proficient in AutoCAD Electrical software and familiar with UL Standards. Skilled in ladder logic and function block PLC programming. HMI/SCADA programming, design, development. Strong ability to produce detailed reports and updates as needed. Advanced skills in analytics and design with excellent communication abilities. Knowledgeable about manufacturing feasibility and Design for Manufacturability (DFM) principles. A problem solver who is resourceful, team-oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously. Desirable Skills Familiarity with the UL-508a standard. Experience programming and designing PLCs such as Rockwell (CompactLogix), Siemens (Siemens LOGO!), Unitronics (Unistream), or Wago (Codesys). Experience in Mission Critical, Data Center, Water and Wastewater Treatment, Power Generation, Marine, Mining Transportation, Oil & Gas.
