This is a great opportunity to join a growing team working on innovative, aviation‑focused projects with exposure to complex design challenges and a collaborative, multi‑disciplinary environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProduce detailed electrical design solutions using SolidWorks Electrical.Maintain and update digital design records in line with engineering processes.Select electrical components to meet schematic and system‑level requirements.Act as a key point of contact for electrical design queries across engineering and production teams.Provide hands‑on support to the build line to resolve emerging electrical issues.Support design maturity gate reviews and manage design changes in line with configuration and change control processes.Collaborate with Production and Procurement teams to ensure Design for Manufacture (DfM) principles are incorporated early.RequirementsProven experience in aviation-focused electrical design.Good proficiency in SolidWorks Electrical (essential).Experience using PDM systems (advantageous).Ability to translate system‑level requirements into complete design solutions.Practical experience resolving emergent electrical issues.ONC/HND or equivalent in Electrical or Aerospace EngineeringIf you are interested in this opportunity please apply with the latest copy of your CV - for more information contact Ellie at Carbon60 at
