Job Summary:

• Seeking an experienced Electrical Design Engineer skilled in EPLAN and AutoCAD.
• This role focuses on electrical design engineering within an industrial automation setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop complete electrical design packages tailored to customer specifications.
• Collaborate with mechanical designers to ensure control systems meet functional, safety, and reliability standards.
• Produce detailed schematics, cable routing diagrams, panel layouts, and bills of materials.
• Specify electrical hardware and software requirements, and manage requisitions for materials.
• Ensure accuracy and safety of design packages and validate compliance with program requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with project managers, designers, and other teams to deliver functional systems.
• Maintain high ethical standards and comply with all health, safety, and environmental protocols.

Requirements:

• Education: Post-secondary diploma or engineering degree specializing in electronics, electrical, or controls technology.
• Experience: 5-8 years in electrical design, specifically with industrial automation. Proficiency in EPLAN and AutoCAD is essential.
