Position: Electrical Engineer Location: Collegeville/Philadelphia, PA Duration: Permanent Salary Range: $100K–$115K Bonus Eligible: Up to 6% annually Relocation/Signing Bonus: $2.5K–$5KKey Responsibilities:Enhance and sustain PCB and electronic circuitry in existing products, including advanced ATI sensors like the MetriNet Smart Water Quality System and Q46/45C4 Conductivity MonitorLead production support: Finalize implementations, develop test methodologies, and build validation fixturesPrepare hardware documentation: Work instructions, engineering change requests, and release materialsProvide advanced hardware support to internal teams across the organizationParticipate in multi-disciplinary project teams, supporting schedules, budgets, and risk assessmentsMentor junior engineers and contribute to their technical developmentQualifications:5+ years of experience in electrical engineering and manufacturing supportBachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic EngineeringStrong expertise in PCB hardware design, analog circuitry, and embedded systemsProficiency in Altium (or similar schematic capture and PCB layout tools)Skilled with lab/test instruments: oscilloscopes, power supplies, DAQ systems, environmental chambersExperience collaborating across departments to deliver technical support
