Job Title: Entry-Level Electrical Engineer
Position Overview
We’re seeking a motivated Entry-Level Electrical Engineer to join our team working on construction and data center projects. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career engineer seeking hands-on experience designing, testing, and implementing electrical systems within complex, high-impact environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Support electrical design and installation for construction and data center infrastructure
- Assist with layout, schematics, and technical documentation
- Perform basic electrical calculations, load analysis, and system modeling
- Coordinate with project managers, senior engineers, and contractors
- Conduct site visits, field inspections, and testing under supervision
- Assist in commissioning electrical systems to ensure performance and compliance
- Maintain project documentation and follow electrical codes and safety standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or closely related field
- Prior internship, co-op, or project experience preferred but not required
- Familiarity with electrical design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar
- Understanding of power distribution, lighting, grounding, and control systems
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Desired Skills (Pluses)
- Knowledge of NEC (National Electrical Code) and industry standards
- Experience with data center power systems, UPS, generators, or cooling systems
- Exposure to construction project workflows and documentation
Compensation
$65,000 – $75,000 per year (DOE – depending on education, internship experience, and specific project focus)
