This all starts with our greatest assetour employees.As the Electrical Engineer for Yancey Engineered Solutions, you will be responsible for the design, installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of electrical systems within generator enclosure. You will ensure reliable power generation through proper sizing, protection, synchronization, testing, troubleshooting, and compliance with electrical standards.Major tasks, responsibilities, and key accountabilities include:Design and specify electrical systems within generator enclosureDevelop and review single-line diagrams, wiring diagrams, and control schematics.Conduct protection coordination and grounding system design.Ensure compliance with applicable standards (IEC, IEEE, NEC, NFPA).Provide technical support and installation instructions for generator operations.Additional duties as assigned by manager.Education/experience:The knowledge, skills, and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree.
