Role: Electrical Engineer
Location: Smithfield, RI

Overview:

• We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer with a focus on PCB design to join our team in Smithfield, RI.
• The ideal candidate will have substantial experience with Altium and be adept at sustaining efforts for our current products.
• While the primary focus will be on maintaining and improving existing designs, there may also be opportunities to contribute to research and development and new product design. Will need to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet quality and performance standards and conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for PCB-related issues.

Responsibilities:

• Support and sustain current product lines by troubleshooting and resolving PCB design issues.
• Perform PCB layout and schematic capture using Altium Designer.
• Assist in the design and development of new products as needed.
• Maintain detailed documentation of design changes and updates.
• Participate in design reviews and provide feedback to improve product reliability and manufacturability.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to integrate best practices into designs.
