Represent clients in all phases of litigation from initiation to expert discovery in matters before state and federal courts, regulatory agencies, and other adjudicative bodies.2. Manage litigation cases and resolve legal disputes on behalf of clients by developing agreements, negotiating contacts, setting claims and advocating for clients in court.3. Build relationships with clients and work closely with them to ensure their legal rights are protected and that they get the best possible results.4. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis of case laws, statutes, legal articles, codes and other relevant material to establish facts and draw valid conclusions.5. Draft and review various legal documents including pleadings, briefs, motions, appeals, contracts, etc.6. Provide legal advice to clients, present findings to colleagues, and represent clients in court during trials and hearings.7. Stay updated with the latest developments in law and the legal industry to enhance performance and provide top-notch services to clients.Qualifications:1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.2. Member of the Bar of Connecticut.3. A minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation.4. Proficiency in legal research and outstanding legal writing skills.5. Strong litigation skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and cases simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.6. Excellent negotiation, communication, and courtroom advocacy skills.7. Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team, showing initiative and drive.8. High level of professionalism and confidentiality, with the ability to interact with clients and colleagues at all levels.9.
