The E&I Supervisor works closely with operations, engineering, maintenance, safety, and operations. The position reports directly to the Sr. Maintenance Manager located in McArthur, Ohio.

Responsibilities And Duties

• Supervise, coach, and develop a team of E&I Technicians.
• Assign daily work, manage priorities, and ensure all tasks are completed safely and effectively.
• Provide technical guidance on troubleshooting complex electrical, instrumentation, and controls issues.
• Conduct performance reviews, support training plans, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Coordinate overtime, call-ins, shift coverage, and contractor support when needed.
  

• 5+ years industrial experience in electrical and instrumentation roles, with demonstrated troubleshooting capability.
• Strong understanding of PLCs, VFDs, robotics, sensors, transmitters, control loops, and industrial power distribution.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, P&IDs, and technical documentation.
• Prior leadership experience, or proven ability to lead teams in a working lead or senior technician role.
