Job Title: Lead Electrical Engineer

Location: Henrico VA

Qualifications:

  • Master's/Bachelor's in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • 6-8 years of experience in LV switchgear design and manufacturing.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design LV switchgear products (MCC, PCC panels, Busways, Tap-off boxes, etc.).
  • Develop control panels, mechanical components, and perform calculations (busbars, sheet metal, cables).
  • Create schematics and wire harness drawings.
  • needs someone with Low Voltage Control Panels experience
  • Use AutoCAD, AutoCAD Electrical, Inventor, and Autodesk Vault.
  • Work closely with engineering and production teams.
  • Ensure compliance with ANSI, UL, IEC, and other standards.

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of LV switchgear, mechanical systems, and industry standards.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Inventor, and Autodesk Vault.
  • Good communication skills in English.
