Summary Method Flow, a Roeslein Company, is seeking a dedicated Electrical Technician I to join our dynamic team at our manufacturing facility. We are seeking an individual who is committed to performing high-quality work safely, pays close attention to detail, and has a strong focus on customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Must be willing to learn how to analyze prints, schematics, and drawings of electrical systems. Interpret data from electrical diagrams and schematics and complete wiring of electrical systems or be willing to learn how. Familiar with safe and productive use of hand tools, power tools, and electrical equipment. Must be able to kneel and work on knees. Assist pulling electric cable and laying out in cable tray. Lift up to 15 pounds above your head often while working on a ladder while maintaining three points of contact. Follow training and company procedures. Aid with organizing materials and equipment. Assist in the assembly of pre‑welded piping flanged spools, valves, SS tubing, pipe stands, and threaded piping/fittings. Must follow good housekeeping practices. Perform all work in compliance with company standards, does not deviate from policies and procedures, and adheres to regulatory requirements. Safety is essential at Method Flow and all safety training classes must be completed with a 100% pass rate. Must comply with Roeslein & Method Flow’s core values for the safe and efficient operation of the business and the commitment to maintain respectful relationships with all employees. Perform other duties as assigned. Knowledge / Skill / Ability / Education / Experience A high school diploma or G.E.D. is required. 1–2 years of electrical experience is required. High Voltage AC and Low Voltage DC experience is required. Must work well with others in a team‑oriented environment. Experience with handheld tools and assembling parts is preferred. Knowledge of the National Electric Code is helpful but not required. Ability to work flexible hours including overtime. Must adhere to the Company’s attendance policy. Work Environment Work is performed in a manufacturing environment with an uncontrolled atmosphere. Exposure to harsh conditions—such as dust, fumes, chemicals, hazardous materials, noise, and varying weather and temperatures—for short periods is possible. All employees are required to follow safety standards and wear all personal protective equipment in designated areas. Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential function of this job. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to walk, stand, use hands and fingers, grip, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop; kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk and hear. Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. regularly is required. Must be able to stand/walk 90% of the time and sit 10% of the time. Requires the ability to work from heights while utilizing the appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) for each situation.
