Our manufacturing client in the Irwin, PA area is looking for an Electrical-Mechanical Technician.
-Assemble machinery and complete electrical and mechanical installations
-Develop and interpret electrical drawings and related documentation
-Perform machine startup, testing, debugging, and commissioning to ensure projects are completed successfully and delivered on time
-Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control systems
-Work closely with Sales, Service, Machine Build, Engineering, and Media teams to meet customer requirements and resolve technical issues
-Travel to customer sites (up to approximately 60%, ) to install, inspect, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on equipment
-Complete project documentation and reports accurately
-Technical diploma or degree in Electrical-Mechanical Engineering Technology with 0-5 years of experience in machine assembly or electrical troubleshooting
-5-7 years of relevant experience in machine assembly or electrical troubleshooting in place of a degree
-Ability to read and interpret electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics
-Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control systems
-Proficiency using precision measurement and diagnostic tools (e.g., micrometers, calipers, digital multimeters, oscilloscopes)
-Working knowledge of basic electrical drafting and design
-Experience with AutoCAD, Allen-Bradley and Siemens programming software, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
-Familiarity with SAP and Salesforce is preferred
-Ability to follow ISO procedures related to quality and job performance
