WECTEC Staffing/Westinghouse has a great opportunity for an experienced Electrical Planner to support the Digital Modernization Project work with Westinghouse at Diablo Canyon Power Plant in San Luis Obispo, CA This is a long term contract, expected to run through the Spring of 2028. Your Day-to-Day Take Approved Design/Engineering Change Package and develop Work Order and write work steps for field implementation Field Engineering support to walkdown the modification Opportunity for constructability Develop BOM (Bill of Material) for ordering of parts and issuance to the project Who You Are Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical or nuclear engineering preferred but not required In lieu of engineering degree, experience in nuclear projects will be considered Current Qualifications for Planning APS 8 + years of experience in the Electrical /I&C nuclear field Experience with nuclear fuel products, fuel manufacturing, licensing, safety analysis, nuclear design engineering Must pass background check for nuclear clearance Our Safety Pledge to You If you are as committed to your success as we are committed to your safety, then this is the position for you!
