Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking an Electrical Project Coordinator to work with one of our clients in the Niles, MI area. This position offers excellent benefits, including medical, dental, vision, paid holidays, PTO, and vacation. Position Overview We are looking for someone with a technical background who enjoys coordinating projects, solving problems, and working with both office staff and field crews. In this role, you'll help support projects that improve the reliability of the electrical system so customers experience fewer outages and power interruptions. This is primarily an office-based position with occasional visits to local job sites. You'll work closely with engineers, contractors, vendors, and field personnel to keep projects organized, on schedule, and moving forward safely. What You’ll Do Coordinate projects with field crews, contractors, and vendors. Help plan and organize electrical projects and scheduled outages. Visit local job sites (20-30% of the time) to monitor project progress. Troubleshoot and help resolve technical issues. Communicate with internal teams, customers, contractors, and management. Maintain project documentation and support daily operations. Help improve processes that increase system reliability and customer service. Promote a safe work environment and follow company safety standards. Assist with training or mentoring less experienced employees when needed. Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in a related field OR Associate's degree in a technical field plus 3 years of relevant experience. Experience Minimum of 3 years of experience in one or more of the following: Electric utilities Construction Engineering support Operations Maintenance Project coordination Planning Technical field support Work Schedule Monday-Friday 40 hours per week Office located in Muncie, IN Approximately 20-30% local travel within the Muncie District (typically two days per week) No overnight travel Mileage, fuel, and rental vehicle expenses are reimbursed Benefits Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Paid Holidays Paid Time Off (PTO) Vacation Opportunity to work with a respected utility company on projects that directly improve electric service for customers #J-18808-Ljbffr
